SecureCyberCore ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients, website visitors, and business partners. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you interact with our website at securecybercore.com or engage our cybersecurity services.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact forms, consultation requests, or service agreements. The data we collect may include your full name, email address, phone number, organization name, job title, and any additional information you provide in your correspondence.

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes of responding to your inquiries, delivering contracted cybersecurity services, maintaining accurate business records, and fulfilling legal obligations under applicable EU data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is stored within encrypted, EU-hosted cloud infrastructure compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

SecureCyberCore does not sell, rent, lease, or distribute personal information to third-party marketing organizations. We may share data only with trusted service providers who assist in our operations and who are bound by equivalent data protection obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing of, or erase your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to all data subject requests within 30 calendar days in accordance with GDPR requirements.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legislation. The latest revision date is indicated at the top of this document.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of cybersecurity consulting, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and managed security services by SecureCyberCore ("Provider") to the client entity identified in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement ("Client").

All services are provided on the basis of a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement that specifies the scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. No services shall be rendered without a fully executed agreement between both parties.

Upon complete settlement of all agreed invoices, SecureCyberCore assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the specific deliverables produced under the engagement directly to the Client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable SOW.

The Client acknowledges that cybersecurity services involve inherent risks and that no security measure can guarantee absolute protection against all threats. SecureCyberCore will perform services with professional diligence consistent with industry standards and best practices.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Confidential information received during the engagement shall remain protected under the applicable non-disclosure agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kraków, Poland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
